Setting goals for my boys.....

Lately, I am very frustated why my boys are not able to clean up, and Jaden always cry for tiny little things and not stay in focus.....  So tired... telling them same old things since birth!! Parenting is not easy.... specially being consistency.....

Therefore, I decide to set some goals for them... God please teach me how to train them.....

Ethan:

1. responsible able to clean up without me telling him
2. Focus more in school rather than always want to play outside 
3. set priority
4. more gentle to Jaden

Jaden:

1. speak up for himself instead of crying
2. follow his schedule independently
3. self control
4. able to control his emotions

God, please help them to be more like you... take away their weakness and speak to them in your presence!!
